We was were founded as a venture company by engineers and skilled workers who have played an active role in the corrosion-resistant industry, and has provided industry with corrosion-resistant equipment using FRP, an excellent corrosion-resistant material.
In addition, we became a member of the RIX Group in October 2016 and started a new role as Kouken.
Our customers range from steel, non-ferrous metals, chemistry, paper manufacturing, electrical and electronic, food, aquariums, cultivation and fisheries, to government and public offices. Products such as corrosion-resistant pumps, fans, dampers, and environment-related equipment have been favored by customers for many years.
FRP, Fiber-Reinforced Plastics, has been recognized as a popular material in the corrosion-resistant industry. However, it has been avoided in the pump industry because of the labor involved in manufacturing and the need for skilled craftsmanship. We maximize FRP’s strengths and supply industry with products that are extremely excellent in terms of durability and total cost as corrosion-resistant pumps. Especially in the electrolysis process using sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, the use of metal pumps causes electrolytic corrosion and greatly reduces the durability. FRP pumps, which overcome such issues, are used with excellent performance in the non-ferrous metal and plating industries.
We aim to be a one-of-a-kind company for our customers, from design to construction, based on our strengths of being a small one and providing suggestions from the customer’s point of view.
