Pickling circulation

This pump is used as a circulating pump for cleaning and removing oxides on the surface of metal products with acidic solutions.
Application examples: Circulation and temperature raising pumps for acidic solutions, agitation pumps, spray atomizers, waste acid transfer pumps, etc.

Waste acid transfer,

Waste acid used in pickling, etc. is transferred.
FRP corrosion-resistant pumps are often used because they are acidic solutions and contain a lot of scale and impurities.

Roasting furnace Hydrochloric acid recovery

This process recovers hydrochloric acid and iron oxide from an aqueous iron chloride solution discharged from the pickling process.
FRP corrosion-resistant pumps are used for spraying and transferring waste acid in the spray roasting method (Rusner method).

Scrubber circulation(Exhaust gas processing)

Exhaust gas treatment equipment, also called removal equipment or scrubbers, detoxifies various gases used in manufacturing processes and safely discharges them.
This pump is used to pump circulating liquid when acid gas discharged from the pickling process is cleaned with a scrubber.
Application example:Washing liquid circulation pump、Washing tower fans, detoxification tower fans, scrubber induction fans, damper for washing tower, damper for detoxifying tower, scrubber induction fan inlet/outlet, etc.

Seawater filtration circulation(aquarium LSS)

LSS (Life Support System), the heart of the aquarium
LSS has many FRP corrosion-resistant pumps for various processes such as seawater filtration, transfer, and sterilization.
In aquariums, FRP corrosion-resistant pumps are often used because metals are prone to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion caused by seawater
Application examples: Seawater filtration circulation pumps, seawater transfer pumps, seawater intake pumps, ozone generator booster pumps, etc.

Seawater electrolysis equipment

Electrolysis equipment produces sodium hypochlorite by direct electrolysis of seawater or salt water to prevent the attachment of microorganisms, shellfish, and other marine organisms.
It is also used to improve water quality and maintain transparency at power plants, various plants in coastal industrial areas, and aquariums, as well as for sterilization of water supply systems.
Since electrolysis equipment is prone to electrical corrosion due to stray current, pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion caused by seawater, FRP corrosion-resistant pumps that are free from corrosion are widely used.
Application examples: Seawater intake pumps, electrolytic solution injection pumps,fan for chlorine gas, suction blower,damper for chlorine gas, suction blower inlet/outlet, emergency shutoff valve, etc.

Regeneration of pure water equipment

When the ion exchange resin becomes saturated, the cation exchange resin is washed with hydrochloric acid and the anion exchange resin with sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) to regenerate it.
In addition, a neutralization facility is required to neutralize the acid and alkali in the reclaimed wastewater as ancillary equipment.
FRP corrosion-resistant pumps are used in wastewater pits with pH fluctuations because of their corrosion resistance to both hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide.

Electrolytic smelting,

In the electrolytic refining of copper, a crude copper sheet is used as an anode and a pure copper sheet as a cathode in an aqueous copper(II) sulfate solution.
FRP corrosion-resistant pumps are used to circulate and transfer sulfuric acid and copper sulfate solutions.
FRP corrosion-resistant pumps are also used for hydrochloric acid circulation in precious metal recovery processes, sulfuric acid in sulfuric acid plants, and scrubber circulation pumps for flue gas desulfurization.
Application examples: Electrolyte circulation pumps, pickling pumps, electrolyzer station exhaust fans, granulated slag fans, scrubber fans,Damper for electrolyzer station exhaust fan, scrubber fan inlet/outlet, etc.

Salt manufacturing and Chlorination process

This equipment is used to heat brine to evaporate the water and form salt crystals.
The salt is crystallized using an evaporative crystal canner called a vacuum method, which takes advantage of the fact that the boiling point also decreases as the atmospheric pressure drops.
FRP corrosion-resistant pumps, which are free from corrosion, are widely used because they are prone to electrical corrosion, pitting corrosion, and crevice corrosion problems that occur with metals in salt water.
Application examples: brine transfer pumps, bitter water transfer pumps

Pickling local exhaust.

It is employed as an exhaust fan for acidic gases generated when metal products are cleaned and removed from oxides adhering to their surfaces with acidic solutions.
Application examples: local exhaust fans, scrubber induction fans, exhaust gas fans,local switching damper, damper for fan air volume adjustment, emergency shutoff valve, damper for exhaust gas fan.

Flue gas desulfurization equipment

Flue gas desulfurization equipment is used to remove and purify sulfur dioxide (SO2) generated by combustion flue gas.
Since combustion gases include acidic gases that corrode when the temperature drops, FRP corrosion-resistant fans are often used.
Application examples: flue gas desulfurization fans, combustion exhaust gas fans, scrubber fans,ducts for flue gas desulfurization, combustion flue gas fan damper, emergency shutoff valve, scrubber fan inlet/outlet, etc.

Deodorization equipment

This process removes odors from garbage, odors from sewage and human waste treatment plants, and exhaust gases with various odors from factories.
Many FRP corrosion-resistant fans are used in inducing its odor and exhaust gases to transfer, suction, local exhaust, and scrubbers.
Application examples: deodorizing fans, local exhaust fans,damper for deodorizing fan, local exhaust fan air volume adjustment, etc.
